PAMBROS RETURNS & 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

Thank you for shopping at Pambros! We want you and your pet to be happy with every order, so our returns are designed to be simple and fair.

1. Our 30-Day Happy-Pet Guarantee

If your pet doesn't love it, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you, even if the pack has been opened.

The guarantee applies to our supplements and to your first order of each product, and covers one opened pack per product per customer or household. Just send us a photo of the pack. There's no need to post anything back.

2. Unopened Items and Accessories

Changed your mind? You can return any unopened supplement, or any unused accessory (harnesses, leads and poop bags) in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you, and we recommend a tracked service.

3. Starting a Return or Guarantee Claim

Email us at info@pambros.com with your order number. For a guarantee claim, include a photo of the pack. For a return, we'll reply with the address to send it to. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

4. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us straight away and we'll put it right with a replacement or refund. In these cases we cover any return postage.

5. Harness Size Swaps

Need a different harness size? Email us and we'll swap it free of charge, including postage.

6. Exceptions

Gift cards are non-returnable.

7. Other Exchanges

For any other exchange, return the item as a change-of-mind return and place a separate order for the new item once your return is accepted.

8. Refunds

Once your return arrives or your guarantee claim is approved, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@pambros.com.

9. Your Legal Rights

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, including your right to cancel an online order within 14 days under UK consumer law.
