PAMBROS RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Pambros! We want to ensure that you have a satisfying experience, and our return policy is designed to make the process smooth and straightforward.

1. 14-Day Return Policy:

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Starting a Return:

To initiate a return, contact us at info@pambros.com with your order details. Returns without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

4. Return Process:

If your return is accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

5. Damages and Issues:

Inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, grooming products are non-returnable unless faulty. Contact us with any concerns about specific items. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

7. Exchanges:

For a faster exchange, return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

 8. Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
