We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £25. For orders under £25, a small shipping fee of £3 applies. (Psst... it’s a great excuse to stock up!)

Yes! As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll get an email with a tracking link so you can follow your pet’s new favourites every step of the way.

At the moment, we only ship within the UK. But international shipping is something we’re exploring — watch this space!

If your order hasn’t shown up after 5 working days, please contact us at info@pambros.com with your order number. We'll look into it right away and make sure you’re taken care of.

If your parcel is returned to us because it couldn’t be delivered (for example, an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts), we’ll get in touch with you as soon as it arrives back at our warehouse.
We’re happy to resend it — but please note that there may be an additional shipping fee to cover the second delivery.

We want you (and your pet) to be completely happy! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Yes! Our supplements are suitable for all breeds over 12 weeks old. For puppies/kittens under 12 weeks or pregnant/nursing dogs/cats, we recommend checking with your vet.

Don’t worry — every pet is different! Natural products can take a little time to show results. We recommend:

• Be patient: It can take up to 2–6 weeks of daily use to see full benefits.
• Adjust the amount: If needed, you can gradually increase the serving size — up to double the recommended amount.
  For example: if your dog weighs 20 kg and the recommended serving is 2 chews a day, you can add 1 extra chew (3 total), monitor for a few days, and increase to 4 if needed.
