How fast is delivery?
We ship from the UK and most orders arrive in 1–3 days. Royal Mail delivery is free on orders over £30.
How does the 30-day guarantee work?
If your pet doesn't love it, email info@pambros.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we'll refund you, even if the pack has been opened. This applies to your first order of each product.
How do I manage my subscription?
Log in to your account to skip, reschedule or cancel, or email us and we'll do it for you.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We currently ship within the UK only.
